Warranty

What we cover

Hull and structure — 12 months from delivery. Covers manufacturing defects in the laminate, stringers, transom and moulded structure. If the hull fails because of how it was built, we repair or replace it.

Gelcoat finish — 12 months. Covers delamination, crazing and blistering from manufacture. Does not cover fading from UV exposure, dock rash, impact damage or scratching.

Fittings and hardware — 12 months. Steering, controls, lighting, pumps and electrical components, excluding wear items.

Engine — covered by the engine manufacturer. Outboard-powered models carry the manufacturer's own warranty and are serviced through their dealer network, which is far better for you than routing everything through us. We register the engine in your name at delivery and hand you the paperwork.

What we do not cover

Normal wear. Damage from grounding, collision, misuse or racing. Freezing damage. Corrosion from prolonged saltwater immersion without the specified rinse and maintenance. Any modification to the hull, drivetrain or electrical system not authorised by us in writing. Commercial and rental use is covered only under a separately agreed fleet warranty — talk to us before putting a boat into rental service.

Making a claim

Email us with your Hull Identification Number, photographs and a description. We respond within two business days. Do not begin repairs before we have responded, or the claim may be void.
